Cons
1. No Management, Director is everything 2. Unfriendly behavior - you can't joke with anyone otherwise you will get fired 3. Can fire you anytime with non sense excuse 4. Director is not reliable, to retain you he may show you that its your company but you never know when he will fire you and offcourse don't expect next month salary to at least find out the job. 5. 1 person on 1 project, no team, delays in project may lead to a lot of work pressure. 6. Some times, you will get non sense project so either you know it or not, just do it and obviously don't expect extra time.
