Drive a company truck, will get dinged for anything. I trained for 2 weeks and I did the math I got to work at 7 am for a meeting that was unpaid for about 20-30 minutes a day to go over common sense things everyday. I never got back to the office before 3:30 then when you get back you have to load your truck and not get paid for it which takes about another 10-20 minutes. So all together you are not paid for about the first hour of work everyday and then how ever long your drive is back to the station and the loading of the truck. Here’s the math breakdown, we did no less than 20 houses a day to max about 30 highest production pay was 175, and took me 11 hours to complete that is about 16 dollars an hour before tax, and after tax 13.5 AN HOUR, sure if you’re good at the job and get done at 1 o clock you could make 25 dollars an hour, if you’re route isn’t 15-20 minutes apart, but I rode with 4 different people and not a single person got done before 3:30 without TAKING A BREAK. So regardless you’re working 9-10 hours straight no break or you’re making less an hour just to come back and have to load your own truck because the office people that sat in the office can’t do it so you can go home. How does that make sense? Seriously if you hate your life work here, you are in the heat and sun the entire day just to make less than a person who works at Panda Express. Don’t talk about sales I worked there 2 weeks and saw I think a total of 10 sales out of 15 people working there.
