Pros

There are none. Here is what you should know. I will explain to you the trickle down effect here at Wedgewood. It really does fall downhill… THE EXECUTIVE TEAM There is a lack of leadership and vision for this company. The Wedgewood executive team likes to be treated as if they are celebrities. Be prepared to walk on eggshells if you work at Wedgewood. If you walk, look or say something not to their liking you will have a target on your head. Moreover, it is said that the executive team doesn’t care for titles- - then why is it that the company has such ELEVATED TITLES? The words “PRIVLEGE” and “1%” come to mind when I think of the executive team. Keep in mind that the majority of them are WHITE and MALE. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM The management is very weak. Many of the managers have little to no experience. Some of the worst individuals are managers at this company. How they are allowed to continue this bad and unprofessional behavior is shocking to say the least. LACK OF STRUCTURE/POLICY/PROCEDURE The company is too big to not have a solid structure. There are no solid policies and procedures in place. Additionally, if you attempt to create policies and procedures make sure you implement them efficiently and have leadership buy in to this and management follow it. DEPARTMENT ISSUES HIGHLIGHTS • Design - consists of “sorority” types. If you don’t fit that mold, then don’t expect a call back. • Finance - is a MESS – don’t work here if you expect a work/life balance, if you want to get paid well. The turnover is especially HIGH in this department due to the management. • Civic- Is this part of the company as successful as it is letting on? Wastes money like there is no tomorrow...and there might not be. • Warstation- Management shows FAVORITISM • HR/Legal- High turnover, lack of leadership and management, unfair hiring practices/nepotism, etc. • Maxim- The management consists of BULLIES • HMC- Greedy types OVERARCHING ISSUES: NEPOTISM: The nepotism in this company runs rampant. If you are related or know the executive team or management team expect to be automatically hired and on the “FAST TRACK” to running a department. It is completely unfair as most of these people DO NOT have any experience and are brought into the company over people with ACTUAL EXPERIENCE. Moreover, SPECIAL FAVORS are given to these people. The fact that this happens and at such a HIGH RATE is surprising. Don’t expect to be treated the same as these people. You are definitely a SECOND CLASS CITIZEN compared to them. EXPECT to FADE into the background at Wedgewood. TURNOVER The turnover at Wedgewood is extremely high. People come and go here so quickly. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out why they leave if you have read my post. "PERKS" Most of the perks you have to wait 6 MONTHS to get. If you last that long before jumping ship they are SUBPAR compared to other companies The investment opportunities seem TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE—as the saying goes--THEN IT USUALLY IS. 5 DAYS VACATION YOUR FIRST YEAR- enough said unless of course you are high level then you get 10+.

Fake and planted reviews that outright lie. There are multiple and should be obvious to anyone.

Bonuses depend on company overall not just your performance. Layoffs increase title but not pay
