      Great Team Good Pay Upper management is very open to discussing things open door policy unlimited time off free food casual dress Managers are great with communication

      Cons

      The incentive promotions only really go to the top performers, so if you do not have a top market you won't get them. Nothing is really % to goal. So the same 5 people win every time
