Pros
Bunch of smart, creative and kind people. Company is small - so felt very family-like at times. Ideas are welcome and people's contributions are valued and listened to.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind. Salaries may have been lower than average, but vacation and comp time perks sort of made up for it. Not much career advancement due to the small size of the company.
