      If a person knit-picks then many things are for cost cutting but people should understand that this company is a MSME that would gradually grow due to the CEO's approch

      perks like medical insurance , PF , some office amenities like spaces and vibrant work space , a small kitchen or re-heating station would be great

      Untimely, No Work life balance, Very less planned leaves and Festival leaves, no work on betterment of employees, no bonuses and sometimes senseless works.
