Webvio Technologies Private Limited is full of misleading and fake promises during hiring. The job ad mentions a salary of ₹25k–₹40k, but during final discussion they start bargaining and try to cap salaries at ₹15k–₹25k max, regardless of experience. They promise high incentives, but for the first 2 months there are not enough calls because there is no dedicated inbound calling system. Even if you manage to hit targets, incentives are paid after 2–3 months and come with unexplained deductions. Another major issue is that salary can be put on hold anytime, even when you have a proper counter or explanation. This creates financial insecurity.
