Anyone having difficulty is given plenty of help and training to improve. There are NO restrictions in talking with people. Interaction is what makes a company successful. However, mobile phones are restricted within the office due to security reasons. Mobile phones can be used outside the office any time. You made a silly point about bathroom time. It is showing your thinking level. You have mentioned in comments that you have the experience of one to two years.
