Pros
Excellent commission structure, fun & collaborative work environment - everyone genuinely enjoys each other's company and supports one another, nice office with snacks/drinks/beer always on hand, first U.S. office of larger European company with massive expansion plans = major leadership opportunities moving into the future
Cons
Low base salary, commuting in and out of downtown means having to plan for traffic and extra drive time, the building the office is in is in the middle of renovation so it leaves a little something to be desired, inability to work remotely full-time (which is sadly why I had to leave the job)
