      - great team - awesome management. No micromanagement - excellent work-life balance - market competitive salaries ( compare to other startups ) - the company is growing quickly

      Cons

      The the quick growth led to disorganization. I know they started working to fix it. However it is common for any startup company.

      Pros

      - Lots of room for growth - Raises are decent if you perform well - The ability to learn decent skills that pay well in this industry - Working with a young team that collaborate well together - Lots of free snacks! - Not mundane, your job can change in a matter of months!

      Cons

      - Below industry starting salary - CEO can be highly inappropriate and condescending at times - Employees may have work nights & weekends to respond to client requests without compensation or reward - A staff member checks your social media accounts to ensure that what you are posting is appropriate to the company's standards
