Pros

Location is easily accessible off the highway.

Cons

Horrible management who are unprofessional and speak to you in the most condescending and disrespectful manner. Unable to ask questions without insult. No training due to management unwilling to take the time and effort, which has been stated by management themselves. Witnessed a leader curse another employee with no consequence. Watched over 7 people quit or be terminated due to reasons out of the employees control or lack of training by leaders. Extreme micromanaging and no growth potential. Owners do not care about their employees. You’ll be lucky if they even ask your name. Everything is a free for all - no policies or procedures. Compensation and benefits will be promised, but not given without a fight. Save yourself the disappointment and from wasting your time on a company that does not value their employees.

Pros

The company culture at Webstore Group was phenomenal. They really know how to create an environment and a team you want to be part of.

Cons

The company is growing fast! You’ve got to be comfortable wearing several different hats.

Pros

I’ve worked at both large and small companies, so am familiar with corporate as well as family business environments. I feel like Webstore Group brings the best of both worlds, offering incredible benefits that you’d expect from a big corp as well as a personal, warm company culture that makes you feel motivated and valued as an employee. From day 1, I could tell my manager genuinely cared about my success, and my coworkers were helpful and welcoming. Unlike other companies where I’ve been micro-managed and stressed about work every day, I am actually excited to get started on my projects. I’ve been encouraged to ask questions and provide suggestions, which really makes me feel vested and even more motivated to work hard and know I’ll be rewarded for doing so. It’s an ideal place to work if you are eager to learn and grow, with many opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Like any growing company, you sometimes have to switch gears quickly and wear different hats, but I’ve personally seen this as a great way to pick up new skills, so not really a con to me but can be for others.
