      Pros

      This position prepared me incredibly for following work. The firm and managing partners take great pride in the quality of work delivered, and I was able to get a ton of client-facing time in a junior position that I would not have been able to get at a larger firm.

      Cons

      Occasionally had to work long hours, and as I was a new-grad hire there was a large learning curve to get up to speed with technologies used, especially ArcGIS (mapping software)

I learned a lot about excellence in client services and true partnership to solve unique operational and strategic questions. Pros: - truly professional team dedicated to client success - learning and mentorship from truly kind, intellectually-curious leadership - opportunity to work as a team on complex operations and analytics
