This position prepared me incredibly for following work. The firm and managing partners take great pride in the quality of work delivered, and I was able to get a ton of client-facing time in a junior position that I would not have been able to get at a larger firm.

Occasionally had to work long hours, and as I was a new-grad hire there was a large learning curve to get up to speed with technologies used, especially ArcGIS (mapping software)
