Pros
Great training experience, room for growth, opportunity to meet many members of the community. Awesome sales experience and finance-related knowledge gained.
Cons
There was always a ton of gossip amongst the branches, many of the workers were not too motivated, there was not too much foot traffic in my branch, so most of my time was spent cold calling for potential business accounts, which was like pulling teeth.
