Pros

The pay was good, I liked working at the call center very much, most of the staff was friendly and knew how to encourage us, they had a great cafe and self help kitchen, toasters and microwaves... .

Cons

Asking for legitimate time off caused some tension, men and women were allowed 5 minutes to use the bathroom...
