Pros
Overall good benefits, fair salary, friendly employees, good work/home flexibility within back office. Moving up within the company is not easy but if you are motivated the opportunities are there. The company does need work but overall a good growing company to work for.
Cons
Tough to work front line position. Have held many positions within this company and would not recommend any position within the Retail Banking line. Very sales driven (which makes sense) but too much pressure for minimal reward (salary, incentives, flexiblity).
