From my experience, there are no pros to working here
Cons
In my experience, this company really does not treat its employees very well. there is no work/life balance. They expect 200 percent effort but are not willing to compensate you for the effort. From my experience, they pay as close to the lowest level in the industry as possible and they really do not seem to value any contribution you make. There really is almost no opportunity for advancement either.
