Pros
Paid training provided, paid holidays and time off, not strict dress code, and decent hours. Co-workers are very friendly and welcoming.
Cons
Goals are constantly changing, focuses are confusing because everyday its something different, complaints are brushed under the carpet, and employees don't get much out of the sales.
