Good benefits but unclear role expectations and pressure - Senior Analyst Webster Bank Employee Review

I was initially hired for one specific role. For 6 months there was no work. None. The project was new, so there was no work. 6 months in they changed the role expectations entirely. within 2 months they put me on a "final written warning" for not performing even though they had me doing things I was not hired for. I quit and left shortly after.
