Pros

Nothing to talk about only timely salary.

Cons

Toxic environment, mediocre increment after you joined, no benefits like medical, cab, rent allowance nothing really not event a proper place for lunch, Strict timing like 11 to 9.30 if you have heavy work much likely 4 days a week they wont pay even a penny for the extra hours you put in they will treat that like mandatory fr all employees , 90 working days notice periods like 45 total days they will work you till the bones but wont pay a penny during that. For Monday and Friday leaves 3 days of salary deduction and yes also for medical leaves , total 18 days of leave balance including medical or other if you cross that salary will get deducted also 15 days prior you have to apply for any leaves that you wont get it anyway. Totally micro managed no concept of TL exists the amount of pressure you have to handle other companies will give you 2x the salary.
