There are many flaws that can be found- 1. Creativity is not encouraged in the name of brand guidelines. 2. You are required to do what the ceo thinks and your opinions won’t be considered. 3. There’s no so called next level here. 4. Not adhering to current trends and still following outdated trends. 5. There’s no job security here anytime you can be fired. 6. Since their goal is AI automation you can fired anytime once they figure out the workflow but don’t upskill their employees.
