      Pros

      This place has a great culture and really bright people. The management team is stellar and they care about their people and their customers.

      Cons

      There really isn't anything negative to say. They are a great company. The only issue is that they're in DC and the salaries aren't as high there.

      A fully stocked (free) kitchen and catered lunch 3 days a week.

      A lot is expected of a small team.

      Pros

      They gave you free breakfast and lunch. The company had a great atmosphere and start up culture. The employers treated everyone with respect. This was a great place to work.

      Cons

      There weren't too many downsides. If you are looking to work in a big office with hundreds of employees this is not the place for you.
