Pros

- Great focus on training, coaching and continuous learning - They don’t give up on you easily and will support you in your down times - Genuinely care for your wellbeing and success. They will put the employee before the client when push comes to shove. - Great level of transparency with clear communication - Autonomy and trust (with accountability of course) - Flexibility with time off requests and remote work policy - Quarterly team wide events where you get half the day off and paid for - Management is very available, always ready to jump in and help. - Amazing colleagues with similar values, easy to get a long with everyone, a team with no drama

Cons

- They have an office but attendance is very low. It would be nice to encourage employees to go to the office more often as this helps foster relationships. That said they’ve done a lot to try and promote attendance without forcing it (privacy pods, renovations, free lunch, free Uber to office) - As the team grew, each department became a little siloed. Coupled with work from home, it makes it feel compartmentalized.

Thank you so much for giving us such detailed and helpful feedback, we truly appreciate it. Hearing about what people appreciate in our workplace enables us to double down on what works and to continue improving your experience. We agree that having better attendance rates at the office would make the work environment more pleasurable for many. This has been a goal of ours for some time now and is the reason we doubled our office space and implemented new office-only benefits. At the same time, we are aware that our team appreciates the freedom to choose, given their circumstances. We are constantly weighing these 2 factors when deciding how to best encourage people to come to the office. When it comes to our growth and how it has impacted our teams, we will be implementing new measures to promote more cohesiveness. Examples include more team-wide calls, more cross team "show and tells", and more frequent Town Halls. We hope these measures and more to come will help alleviate this concern. Thank you, Webistry

Pros

Working at Webistry has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The team is collaborative, supportive, and passionate about driving results for clients. One of the highlights has been the effective collaboration across various teams. Everyone, from leadership to fellow strategists, designers, and developers, is approachable, understanding, and always willing to lend a hand. This has created a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and connected. As an Experimentation Strategist, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, particularly in the realm of A/B testing and digital optimization and research. The company fosters a growth-oriented environment, providing plenty of opportunities to learn and advance your skills. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about employee well-being, contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture. The flexible work environment is also a huge plus.

Cons

While Webistry has a strong internal team and excellent service offerings, I believe there’s room to grow in terms of attracting more clients by building a more CRO-focused sales team. Strengthening the sales team's understanding of conversion optimization and its value could help expand the client base and drive further growth.

Pros

Great team culture with people who are collaborative and willing to help. A solid place to learn media buying, especially for a first role.

Cons

Good place to learn for a short time, but not ideal for long-term growth or strong earning potential. Management is very hands-on and tends to micromanage. Workload expectations are high compared to compensation.
