4yThank you for your feedback. Webhead values open communication with all employees, and we appreciate your input. This particular project/work is governed by the Service Contract Act, not by our company. The government sets the wage rates and Health & Welfare allowances. We have no control over this process, and all employees are made aware as it is a condition of employment. We engage with them several times per year on this concern with little success.
As to the “Higher Ups” comment: That’s Me! There are no layers between his Manager (who is well respected) and me. That’s a benefit because, in a large corporation, entry-level employees may not have the opportunity to speak directly with higher-ups. My door is always open, and I am willing to engage on any topic. Come on in and let me know what you are thinking!
