A neverending list - Pathetic environment - Professionalism is 0% A kind of tihar jail like You are not allowed to leave office before you complete your 9 hours. If u came home 1 minute before then you will receive a warning that they will mark short leave Leave issue always- If u have leaves in your quota then you have to beg management to allow you to take leaves. If you will not convince them then they deduct double salary. You always have to give reasons for your leave. If you say its personal then will ask what personal. They will ask you untill you will not tell them. And if you are not well and didn't come then also they will deduct double salary as they will say you have to tell prior. Your personal life is not personal anymore. They regularly talk abt your fb checkins and whatsapp dps. Policy changes every minute. Their policies change for the benefit of organisation not for the benefit of employees. If you ask a query to hr or management, you will never get an answer. Increment Issues - You will never get on time and you will never get a satisfied amount. You have to beg again and again for your increment. They dont even bother. If they dont want to do your increment then they directly say that you can leave the organisation ASAP. Hr management is pathetic. You can't have a normal conversation with other teams as your TL or PM will point out you and scold you unnecessarily. You always have to say Boss is always right. Even you and whole organisation know he is wrong. Bt u cant offend because they will irritate you and do pathetic things till you say sorry. Management or Seniors think they are the kings of the organisation and rest of the employees are slave. They talk so rudely and don't even think k what they are saying. Girls Be Aware - This organisation is not for you. Its not easy to leave organisation. You have resigned bt you are not sure whether you will get all the documents and salary or not. Their tantrums are so high. You have to beg again and again. Interet issue always Low salary and low increments If seniors or management are in bad mood then they will scold or taunt you unnecessarily.
