1. Good company to start your career, most of the seniors are helpful. Enough opportunity to learn at the beginning. 2. Salary always on time. 3. Friendly environment but lack of professionalism.

1. Quality of work decreasing day by day. 2. Lack to good technology. 3. You will get bored doing the same work in same style from the very first day to the last day of your employment. 4. Employee skill growth is very slow due to lack of updated technologies. 5. Very slow increment from an employee's point of view.
