- Salary in time - Fixed in & out time (because of no project pressure as they don't have much projects)
Cons
- Management are worst - School type environment - Childish rules - Don't have marketing people; Project Managers need to work as marketing guy/ bidder. - They are only doing bidding on Elance / Upwork, Guru. Can you imagine that a 17 years old company don't have any other source of taking projects rather than freelancing? - They are mostly looking for freshers with very low salary, and sometimes with no hike. - They are hiring Project Managers, but they can fire a PM within 2 days, due to performance issues. How can they measure performances within 2 days? - They can sack any employee/ developer due to lack of projects. - HR rules are pathetic. - Open on Saturdays except the first one. - Resides on residential place; you will not feel good. - When you resigned from webgrity, they will behave roughly with you. - They will provide you identity card but no designation and blood group mentioned on the card. :) - Not a private limited company. Can shut down their business anytime.
