      Pros

      Is a good "little school" to learn affiliate marketing, and make contacts You are left alone to do your own thing.

      Cons

      If you are not a director "groupie" you will not progress your career There is a new CEO that has no Affiliate background and apparently is not that good. No leadership at any level, you never know who to turn to for help

      Pros

      Good manager who cares about employees and their career growth. Quarterly company outings and team-building activities. You have complete autonomy as long as you deliver good results

      Cons

      It's a pain to work with European colleagues, especially London, when you need something to get done. They promise you stuff but rarely deliver anything. You can only rely on yourself.
