- Office is new and offers a big space - 2 times a week Home Office - 40 Days a Year working from aborad (must be similiar timezone)

-Unfair Compensation: Salaries are not aligned with experience or performance. Long-time employees often earn significantly less than new hires for the same role, which is demotivating and unfair. -Poor Leadership: The team and regional leader for the DACH market was highly unprofessional, unapproachable, and relied on intimidation rather than support. There was a noticeable lack of leadership skills and empathy, which negatively impacted team morale and performance. -Lack of HR Support: HR fails to act on serious concerns about leadership. Complaints are either dismissed or ignored, leaving employees feeling powerless and unsupported. -Micromanagement: There's an unhealthy obsession with tracking minor tasks (e.g., when exactly you sent your first email), which creates a stressful and unproductive work environment. -Extra Responsibilities Without Recognition: You're often expected to take on tasks well outside your job description, without any compensation, acknowledgment, or clarity. -No Career Development: There's no clear career path or development plan in place. Growth opportunities are minimal, and promotions seem arbitrary.
