Pros

- Small team size (startup-like culture but more settled like a seasoned organization) - Great teammates/colleagues, always willing to help, want to make sure you learn a lot as an intern and give you great direction - Fantastic work-life balance (definitely not micromanaged) - Good and Happy work place with good work ethics and clear goals

Cons

- commute (personal choice and perspective) - little less compensation than average for interns (unaware about full-time) - some may see small size as a con but I see it as a pros

Pros

I’ve worked at WebFirst for almost two years. During this time, I had the opportunity to learn from several highly skilled mentors who helped me grow tremendously. The interview process was excellent, I appreciated that the questions were based on real-life scenarios, and the technical challenge was directly related to actual Drupal development, not something abstract. WebFirst truly supports professional growth. One of the standout benefits is the Remote First culture. The company respects your personal time and maintains healthy boundaries. Management is incredibly approachable and open.

Cons

For some, working on government projects might be seen as a downside, but you actually can find them interesting from a technical perspective. Most of the projects are support-based, with a few new development opportunities mixed in.
