Pros

You will likely get to work on big brands and build your resume.

Cons

Extremely low salary brackets. It’s 2022 and they’re paying less than other comparable agencies were paying in 2016. Room for salary growth is also abysmal. What’s work life balance? Consistent overtime, limited PTO, and a work-on-vacation mentality. Though you’ll get to put some big brands on your resume, junior employees are at times stuck with dirty work with little opportunity for advancement or learning. Your experience at Weber will vary grately depending on which accounts and practices you work on. There are some toxic leadership structures that cause even junior employees to get dragged into drama at times. Some leaders are great, but others will dump work on you with zero training, and then bully/ostracize you from teams with one wrong move. Politics and favoritism galore. There are managers who actively display themselves not working while on the clock without recourse (because they’re in good with their superiors) while their teams are struggling beneath them. WS talks a lot about supporting employees without doing much to actually make those employees feel valued. Nothing like getting an email with a gif encouraging you to take a walk for your mental health from senior leadership when you’re consistently working 60+ hour weeks.

Pros

Used to be an amazing place to work. Flat org structure. Lots of flexibility to jump into other roles. But the culture has changed since the acquisition. This review would’ve been a solid 4.5 before the acquisition, no I give it a 2.

Cons

Omnicom acquisition ruined the place. People are just disappearing with no explanation. Mass layoffs. Awful new leadership at Omnicom, though the Weber leadership tries their best to deal with the situation. Crap benefits from Omnicom.
