It's a very fast-paced but fun place to work, but you very much have to PR yourself to be successful - Anonymous employee Weber Shandwick Employee Review

Pros

The people, the size of accounts and projects, the resources and talent. Weber Shandwick has some excellent blue-chip accounts and it's large network allows you to work across the region and the globe. There is great opportunity to carve out a career at Weber but you will need to campaign for what you want.

Cons

In a nutshell, too much work for too long. Management don't hire ahead of the curve and so good people leave because they feel overworked
