Pros

I worked for WS Tokyo office. Tokyo office was horrible, but the worldwide network and communication between global employees were great. If you can survive for 2-3 years, you might get a better job.

Cons

The company was disorganized and sent new-to-the-field employees to its clients as experts. After the CEO left abruptly, inadequate company director acted as the company top. His personal preference over resided the quality of work. Employees quit in a few months to a few years. Most of them start looking for a job within 3 months of starting.
