Low pay. Horrible president- gossips about former employees, no respect or value for employees, favoritism and policies that apply at her whim, requires all employees to give their passwords to her, no planned exit interview, terminates benefits on your last day of work and tells you 4 hours before end of shift. Other management positions also play favorites, gossip and have a overall lack of care and concern for staff. Poor attitudes run rampant throughout the buildings. High staff turnover and no one wants to explore why, just point the finger at those jumping off the sinking ship.
