No actual Cons to employment at WK. The team is highly educated top down.

The position I had didn't have a lot to do during the day. When the boss would leave early most of the department would go home.

No room for advancement if you have an associates degree. Prior work experience doesn't seem to matter to management at all. Actual work skills/abilities aren't important. You're looked down upon if you don't have a bachelors degree.
