Pros

It's evident that the company is going through a cultural change by the push to remove tired policies and priciples that worked in the 80"s but not today. A real employee recognition program, thank you! real accountibility throughout, wliminating the good Ole boy approach and using metrics to focus on driving improvments

Cons

Still some holdouts operating in a silo'd mentality. Needs to invest in systems, instead of struggling with tired old legacy systems. Some organizations have not changed at all..

Pros

Ok benefits, pay, vacation time. You get paid weekly and follow the Boeing schedule regarding time off with holidays.

Cons

Boss does not praise often for hard work and results. Boss blows up first, then can be convinced why they are wrong. Raise schedule is horribly draconian. Even though you have plenty of vacation time, the boss tries to talk you out of taking it. Even when you do take a vacation the boss wants you to take your work cell phone and laptop. 5 years with this company and I am losing my sanity. Tried to improve my odds of obtaining a good raise by requesting a job description and was denied. Don't even have clear goals to achieve. Last review was great, raise was not. Company offers tuition reimbursement, but manager slightly frowns upon taking it (cuts into 24/7 time)
