The people here are very friendly and helpful. You have time flexibility and hence you can report late to work as you might need to work late hours for most of the projects
Cons
There is no growth in this organization, both in terms of salary and designation. There are people working for as long as 7 yrs with the same designation and poor appraisal which would happen once in a year if you are lucky. As Webdunia is the only localization company in the city, the top management takes advantage by not giving proper appraisals. Your leaves are mostly declined and by the end of the financial year they get lapsed as there is no provision for leave encashment. Even after you leave the organisation, you won't get proper FNF amount. They'll deduct some part of your salary without any proper justification. The company doesn't pay it's linguists on time. There are cases where the linguists have been following up on the payment for more than a year and still the payments are not done. The Top management would advice not to issue any PO to the linguists until they follow up on their payments. The Top management would pay deaf years to employees needs.
