Pros

Working from home I can't think of anything else

Cons

- Excluding doctors, it feels like half of the employees are C-level. - An abnormal level of incompetence on all levels. Owners and C-levels like it that way, perhaps to maintain the sense of superiority. They behave like they created the small mountains while God was busy creating big ones. -Bred by the approach above, the work environment is dominated by "incompetent ambitious people", leading to immense toxicity that was accepted as the norm in the company.

Pros

I had the chance to meet and work with some genuinely good people. Despite the challenges within the company, many colleagues were supportive, kind, and brought a sense of camaraderie that made the day-to-day experience more bearable.

Cons

My experience with this startup has been overwhelmingly negative. The company feels chaotic from the inside out—there’s no clear strategy, no long-term vision, and no meaningful guidance for employees. Decisions are made on a whim, often contradicting one another, which creates constant confusion and frustration. Leadership seems to lack not only the necessary skillsets to run a growing organization but also the empathy and basic humanity you’d expect in a modern workplace. Support is minimal, communication is inconsistent, and the overall culture feels dismissive and disorganized. Instead of cultivating talent, they leave people feeling undervalued and unheard. If you’re considering working with or for this company, I would strongly recommend proceeding with caution. Until they develop proper structure, build competent leadership, and learn how to treat people with respect, this startup will continue to feel like a messy and unsustainable operation.
