      The culture is healthy, leadership genuinely and deeply cares about the team and they do their best to be as generous as possible.

      Cons

      It is a well established company, but still feels like a start up at times in terms of the fast paced changes that are fairly common. Still, leadership has a lot of trust and leads well through change.

      This is a fun and energetic place to work, there are a lot of pros to Webconnex, especially for a Sacramento based employee. It is definitely an expectation to go to company events and socialize to be a team player, Webconnex is very concerned about keeping the company culture light and fun.
