Below market pay Virtue signalling and performative diversity and inclusion - it’s all for show. Overpaid execs that simply want to keep their jobs and cushy salaries versus actually standing up to the CEO. If you do stand up, you won’t last long. Questionable HR practises, no EAP (the head of people and culture is a ‘psychologist’ so you are expected to share you personal grievances with someone you can’t trust). There is no genuine room for growth in this company. It’s run as a dictatorship. There are so many good companies out there and you should avoid Webcentral at all costs. This business can be described as amateur hour at best. If you have any talent and drive, it will be drained from you working here.
