      Pros

      First impressions were positive. Availability and kindness was shown.

      Cons

      After passing the exam and signing the contract they walked away. They no longer replied to any emails and gave no explanation. The last information received was the manifest inability to manage the profile of a freelancer with a VAT number. Incredible!
