      Would be really good for people who are into sales.

      Cons

      - Really low salary in every department as compared to the competitive companies. - Unnecessarily long working hour and really bad policies like if you get 5 minutes, 50% of your salary would be deducted. - constant brickbats for every single thing. - more often than not they don't give salary on time. - no matter what department you are in sales will be an integral part of your job description even if you are a teacher you would have to meet the targets assigned otherwise your salary will be delayed or they will find other ways to make your life difficult. - poor management

      Pros:- 1.Hoan you as a beginner. 2.Also give you the flexibility to train as per desired style 3.Discipline and Decorum can be expected 4.High level of customer footfall 5.Board of Director Mr.Khanna is approachable

      Cons

      1.Ladder for heirarchy is slow to climb 2. Do not expect to get Trainings generally given by collegues only [Out of Courtsey] 3.Salary will remain under 15k for longer period of time [2 Years in my case] 4.Fines and Deductions are going hand in hand
