the best reason to work here that there were some bonus on every Saturday if any student gets their desirable result and talking about my endeavours that i paid while working and teaching capabilities my pedagogy was excellent while teching upto 48 students by my own, i handeled many cases that students were experiencing lower band score and qualified them to get their intended requirement. i am always incline to teach even extra hours to students and i worship my duty with determination and tanacity.
Cons
stringent rules, deduction from salaries we earn , that what i didn't like when they deduct my salary.
