I have no cons, I loved this job.

Wonderful coworkers and customers, decent hours, money and benefits.

Terrible management, very corporate and truly rotten from the owner to the upper management and downward. They have a bad culture problem, but want no help in how to correct it. Truly a tone deaf experience working for them.
