Pros

- Family feel - Small agency mentality means everyone can work in the areas they desire, you can step outside your role and have influence across the business - Some great people

Cons

- Unable to convert new clients and business meant work just dried up - Very hard to balance periods of being very busy and then no work a few months later - Leadership team seemed unable to drive new business and some questionable decisions made about who was responsible for driving this meant it fell between the cracks - When brought by SGS it was clear they were diluting the very areas of the business that made WdV standout. It was just going to be turned into an artwork production roll out machine, very sad

Pros

There were many cool people that I got to work with day to day, who gave out tons of positive vibes and created and amazing atmosphere. Further the office itself is really cool and stylish. On Friday we would have free office lunch catered. It was a fun time to get to know people you might not work with daily.

Cons

There were not many. I was let go during a round of company-wide downsizing. The biggest con may have been the misunderstanding the importance of company culture to productivity and happiness.

Hello, I agree that culture has an impact on productivity and happiness. We've been working on creating a great culture everywhere in the sgsco collective to ensure everyone feels like they are part of a great company. I’ve been impacted by corporate downsizing myself and know that it doesn’t feel great. Good luck and I hope you were able to find a new position that challenges you and helps advance your career. Thanks Gabriel, Communications.
