So many cons that is hard to put int here. - very unprofessional managers. Clearly they don´t know what they are doing - they don´t invest on innovation - an severe and over controled employee work hour. You get a penalty if you get 15 min late or if you stay more than 15min at coffee.

Great team-based tasks and a very non-pressured in-office climate.
