The culture portrayed is outdated or fabricated—it doesn’t exist anymore, and likely never will again

The work culture is unhealthy, but it's labeled as fastpaced Managers micromanage, so there's little freedom to do your job. There’s no clear structure or support for growth, and feedback is inconsistent. Leadership communicates poorly and keeps changing priorities, without considering staff wellbeing. There’s little chance to move up, and recognition is rare or unfair.
