      Pros

      Both Saturdays and Sundays are off. The timings are fixed. Salaries come timely. Work environment is very good. There isn't much of pressure. It's a great company for freshers. They do a lot for their employees. We are served tea and coffee with a lot of love and sometimes, pizza and other treats on special occasions.

      Cons

      Things are very basic. If you are looking for high-level professionals then this isn't the place. And taking long leaves is not that easy.

      Lack of motivation Favouritism Unclear policies whether its increment or leaves. They always end up going for the ones that benefit them and exploit the employees when it comes to hikes
