Pros
- Sometimes they buy us food.
- Casual clothing is acceptable.
- Some of the projects are interesting.
- If you're young (still in college) or don't need money/benefits, not the worst place to work and get some experience.
Cons
- No Benefits.
- PTO and sick time are a joke (1 week total).
- No flex hours .
- No remote work if you live close to the office, maybe if it's a bad snow storm... MAYBE.
- Pay is complete crap.. (I have a degree in the job I am doing and might as well work at work at Chic-fil-a).
- Higher-ups have no trust for their employees.
- Not a place to work if you are looking for a long term career, no room for advancement/growth.
-Strict with stupid and irrelevant rules, but important things that could improve the company are ignored.
- MISMANAGED!
- Quick employee turnaround, so don't get too used to anyone being there.
- Extremely poor communication from management.
- Hardly any organization within the company
- I wouldn't call it a team environment by any means (Mostly individual projects).
- CEO is narcissistic and talks down to employees/assumes everyone aside from him is stupid.
- CEO over promises things to clients then when it can't be done employees have to deal with the fallout.
