Pros
WebTitle is a great employer! They offer a healthy benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, 401k with employer match, Long and short term disability along with life insurance (at no cost to the employee), vacation, flex and holiday pay....company parties/events, flu clinics and yoga class. The 4 owners keep everyone in mind when they make company decisions, they do their best to spread the wealth among each employee by offering raises and bonuses when possible and even allow job movement to different departments for those who want growth opportunities.
Cons
Sometimes the work can be boring because its clerical, but most of us find it pretty interesting because while a lot of the work is the same, all of the files are different. Some of the people who are employed here, can be negative - but i have found that if you avoid those who like to stir the pot, and come to work to be productive, you don't end up having an issue.
